In ministry since age 17, Pastor Chris Williams has been called and anointed of God to speak life into the body of Christ. Born in San Bernardino, California, he hales from a line of Pastors. His grandfather, the late Bishop M.L. Williams and his father the late Pastor M.J. Williams, former Pastor of Bethany Baptist Church of Oakland, California, provided Pastor Chris Williams an atmosphere conducive to him being able to heed the call of God for his life. He received his formal theological training at several institutions to include California Baptist College of Riverside, University of LaVerne, Patten University of Oakland and in fall 2004 received a Masters of Theology Degree from Faith Seminary. One of the high points of his life came at age 19, when he was called to pastor his first church, United Community Baptist Church in Ontario, California; Bestowing upon him the honor of being the youngest Pastor in the state of California. During his 26 years of ministry he has been blessed with the privilege of conducting revivals; ministering both nationally and internationally to churches throughout the country to include The Middle East and Africa and for a four year period was seen weekly in over 200,000 homes through the airing of “It’s Harvest Time” a local bay area Tele-cast, for over three years Pastor Williams served as the City Director of City Team Ministries a national organization that serves over 500,000 people yearly; providing homeless shelter, daily meals, drug recovery, medical care, career coaching, educational advancement and various other community outreach programs. Pastor Williams likewise has served as an adjunct Professor for School of Urban Missions of Oakland CA. In 2011 Pastor Williams Started The PK Connection which is an international organization that connects and ministers to preacher’s kids all over the world. He has likewise sat on numerous boards, collaborating with several local community organizations. He currently serves as lead Chaplain with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Department. In March 1998 Pastor Williams was led to plant Harvest Fellowship Baptist Church and has served as its Pastor since that time. Pastor Williams is married to the beautiful Emery and has two sons Merkell and Evan.
